As a solo entrepreneur, you don’t always have the time to grow your brand. As a small business owner, you may not have the bandwidth of time to dedicated to getting involved in the community. As a business owner who is about to scale, you may not have the resources to dedicate towards all the activities taking place. As a business professional new to the market, you may not know how to start.
If any of this sounds like your circumstance, we’re here to help.
My name is Dr. Ty Richardson and I’m a serial entrepreneur, speaker, and coach. Like you, I was new to the city and faced many of the circumstances I described before. I moved to the city I now live in in 2019 and within six months, I had become immersed in the community and started to get an ROI on my investment of time and money. Some of it was from the Chamber of Commerce, and some of it was from the Tower Club, but most of it was strategy having done the same thing in five other cities before this one. And now I can do the same with you.
Beginning in 2022, we're offering entrepreneurs, small, medium businesses, and business professionals three services:
1. 1:1 Coaching for the individual who wants to grow their brand, learn leadership skills, and become a community leader or advocate. These are one-hour sessions with me that start with psychometrics to understand who you are, then works with you one-on-one as often as you like to develop your profile, brand and leadership strategy.
2. If you don’t have the time but have the resources to invest, instead of teaching, we can simply do the work for you, including Building your Brand, and representing you where you will make an impact, thereby executing your community engagement strategy on your behalf.
3. If you want to be involved, but at your own pace and learn what works and what doesn’t work from others, join our Group Coaching Program which meets weekly for one hour, and benefits from content sharing, then group discussions on building your brand, as well as community engagement for an impactful ROI.
Discounts are available based on the membership organization you already belong to.

- A forum to learn best practices when building your brand within the Community,
- A discussions on community engagement initiatives that fail and those that succeed.
- Educational content around brand development, personal development, and community engagement
- A closed forum to share ideas, have open and safe discussions, and provide advice to others around brand growth and community engagement.
- A networking group exchanging contacts- while that may happen in the chat, it is not the purpose of the group
- A forum to exchange leads or referrals- again, while that may happen in the chat, it is not the purpose of the group
- A training webinar- while there is content shared, it is not the focus of the group, but merely serves to start the discussion.
- A leads group; a Chamber council or committee or a BNI group- this does not focus on business exchange but rather peer-based coaching for brand development and community engagement.
- This program is being provided by a third-party entity to supplement the organization’s current offering. The organization provides members and much like attending events requires payment by event, this service also requires the purchase of attendance. It covers the time to prepare the learning material by subject matter experts, the time dedicated by facilitators to host the session, the technology fees to support the online session and additional costs to manage the on-going administration of the session.
- Participants in the coaching program are expected to end their three-month engagement:
o Self-awareness and personal growth from content and exchanges
o Better informed on brand building and community engagement
o A strategy to grow their brand and profile within the local community
o Contacts they can use to continue networking with and/or sharing business with
o A peer group to test ideas, use as a sounding board and develop ideas and strategies with.
o Sources of possible collaboration and services targeted to brand and profile building as well as community engagement activities and services.
- A direct increase in leads and potential revenue from brand awareness, community engagement and profile building.
- Following the first cohort program on brand building and community engagement, there will be follow-on coaching programs on a variety of topics based on the interests that emerge from the first program to continue serving the needs of the membership community.
- You will have the option to repeat the program; access the program’s recordings and database, or enroll in a follow-on program.
- Real Estate Agents who have just passed their exams seeking to find the right avenues to network for clients.
- A new Business Development Manager seeking to find out what groups to join to start getting leads.
- A Lawyer who just relocated from New York looking to get involved in the community to build her brand.
- A new Restaurant Owner who doesn’t have staff, seeking innovative ways to market and get involved.
- An Accountant who is looking to get more involved in committees and groups with the goal of brand building and eventually more leads.
- A Graduate Student looking to get involved in the community and volunteer his time where he can make the most impact.
- A Director at a firm who wants to take on leadership roles to build her profile and eventually seek speaking and leadership roles in the community.
- A member of the organization at the top of his game but looking to build his brand for other career opportunities in the long-term.
For these folks, the strategy is equally if not more important than the actual leads and referrals as it establishes the foundation for on-going and repeat business.
- On each call, the facilitators and special guests will share some content related to brand-building; personal development and/or networking as it pertains to the topic or evolution of the program.
- The floor will then be opened up to questions, comments and feedback based on the content shared.
- Once the topic has been fully explored, participants will be invited to share feedback, or bring issues to the floor for an open discussion, or advice. This could be as simple as “I’m looking for a good source of clients for my florist” or as complex as “My current pricing strategy for my Airbnb isn’t working, any ideas”. At this time, the facilitators will put a time clock on responses and open the floor for discussion for that duration. We encourage participants to submit questions ahead of time, so participants can prepare the answers. This ensures until the conclusion of the session, giving between 7 and 10 folks an opportunity to engage their peer group for advice and strategy.
- Facilitators ensure the same 7-10 folks aren’t dominating every call and that the opportunity is given to everyone call after call.
- Questions can also be posted in the Facebook or LinkedIn groups for consideration ahead of time.
