Opportunity: Celebrate International Women's Day at FLOW, a Caribbean media company.
Solution: Inspired by the No H8 campaign, we celebrated the female employees and their diversity that made them all phenomenal, a phrase that ran through the campaign. We hosted a female leader who inspired them and marked the entire day with a video for posterity. Each employee received a t-shirt to commemorate the occasion and a memorable experience.
Solution: The YoPro team designed a series of activities that fostered the goals set by the Administrator of the Microsoft Caribbean office. The curated activities included team collaboration exercises, leadership exercises and trust exercises. Employees worked together, had fun and most of all, built morale following the experience.
Solution: One of our largest activations yet, Coca-cola approached the YoPro Team to deign and build a Christmas experience in the park next to their office. The requires were, the tallest Christmas tree in the city, and multiple experiences for the kids. Working with contractors, builders and some local entrepreneurs, we designed and built a full experience which opened with a live concert and a full audience, just in time for the hoilidays.
Solution: To increase attendance, The YoPro Team was invited to design an experience that engaged the audience who usually attend the Business Day of the Trinidad and Tobago Film Festival, while understanding the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats facing the industry. With the goal to take attendees on a journey, we designed an "Yellow Brick Road" concept that took attendees through the three-room experience. In the first room, as they entered, they wrote down the perceived Strengths and Weaknesses of the industry and interacted with the Tin Man and Lion. They then proceeded to the middle room where they heard from an international film producer on the industry. Finally, they ended in a room with Dorothy and the Scarecrow and shared their thoughts on the Opportunities and Threats while mixing and mingling. The outcome was a more engaged and livelier audience than past years.
Solution: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the annual Digital Media Festival known as Animae Caribe needed a venue at the last minute to host its festival and an organization to help deliver it. The YoPro Team was called in, identified an empty retail store that was readily available and converted it into a space to host the three-day event. Day one was a bootcamp in which students worked with international animators on designing their pieces, followed by two days of presentations. YoPro's own Dr. Ty Richardson moderated the festival and designed several immersive experiences to engage audience members.
